Keno — depositing with Bancontact
Bancontact, Bancontact Pay and bank transfer — amounts, limits and timings.
See the offerWhat it comes down to with Keno: Keno is a National Lottery game without a Belgian licence. For that reason, this is an offer that stands or falls with its terms.

How the money moves holds few surprises here: you deposit with the Bancontact card or the app, and the payout runs to your bank account. Bancontact Pay is the name the Payconiq app has carried since March 2026.
Per transaction Bancontact Pay lets €1500 through, and €2500 per day. The money is available at once; on your account it usually appears after one to three banking days, regardless of how fast the operator approves.

What is asked at registration
Opening an account follows a fixed pattern: correct personal details and an identity check ahead of the first payout. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice. A deposit in someone else's name reliably blocks your payout.
Dutch or French is not guaranteed, and complaining to the Commission is not an option. Hold on to the confirmations of every deposit; that is what remains if a discussion ever arises.
Player protection in numbers
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection more tightly than the Netherlands or France with concrete consequences for your account. By default €200 per week per site may go in. Adjusting downwards works right away, upwards, a review and a delay apply.
Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: one registration excludes you at once from every licensed operator, online and on-site. The request goes through the regulator itself. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

Can I have myself blocked?
Through the Gaming Commission's EPIS system. One registration excludes you from every licensed operator, online and on-site. The register is not publicly searchable. It is the strongest brake Belgium offers.
Is Keno legal in Belgium?
No. Keno holds no Belgian licence and appears on the Gaming Commission's black list. It takes two clicks to verify. Status can change; re-check the list if in doubt.
Can I play from 18?
18 — that has been the rule since the 2024 reform, National Lottery aside. Trial accounts fall under the same limit. This is not a guideline but a statutory limit.
Is the bonus worth it?
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Read the maximum cashout above all. Declining a bonus is always allowed.
Are winnings taxed?
No, you pay no tax on winnings; that burden falls on the operator. Ask for advice if large amounts are involved. Winnings stay outside personal income tax.
Does Bancontact work here?
Depositing with Bancontact works; the money comes back through your bank account. Keep the confirmation e-mail of every deposit. Mind the app's daily ceilings.
